Dit betekent niet dat starters na 31 december nog in aanmerking komen voor aflossingsvrije hypotheken. Om daarvoor in aanmerking te komen blijft leidend dat er een getekende koopovereenkomst is die voor 31 december definitief is. Gebruikelijke voorbehouden, zoals een financieringsvoorbehoud, mogen nog wel lopen. Het gaat dus niet om de leveringsakte die door de notaris wordt opgesteld, maar om de voorlopige koopakte die tussen verkopers en kopers geldt.<\/p>\n<p>Toch is dit ook goed nieuws voor starters, op dit moment hebben de banken het razend druk en kunnen ze de stroom aanvragen niet meer aan. Een aantal banken had dan ook de deur gesloten voor nieuwe aanvragen. Omdat een groot deel van de aanvragen nu ineens minder spoed hebben lijkt het er op dat die banken op de valreep toch weer wat ruimte hebben.
