That is why we find it important to get to know each other before we go into the purchasing process together. We discuss your living requirements and current situation. Then we will visit the house of your choice. Afterwards we discuss aspects such as general impression, structural condition and assess the asking price. We also give you advice on how to proceed with the follow-up process. Of course we would like to do that for you but up to this point you owe us nothing and you are free to do what and with whom you want. If the house is disappointing then we are ready to later assess a different home with you.
