We receive a fair commission for the negotiations of 10% incl. VAT of what we get of the asking price. If this is more than € 20,000? Then you only pay 5% incl. VAT on the savings between € 20,000 and € 40,000. Above the € 40,000 we even lower the commission to 3% incl. VAT.

1. How often can we visit together?
It is perfectly understandable that a viewing can be disappointing. For example, the photos look (much) better than in reality or something the environment is disappointing. Nowadays it is important to respond quickly and therefore to look quickly. We understand that as no one other. If we go and see another house together then we find that normal. In fact, it happens often and sometimes more than once. Each time the same applies: without obligation and without costs. So really no cure-no pay.
2. How low are your rates actually?
Compaired to our collegeagues we apply very competitive rates. Especially when you realize that the rates quoted by us include VAT. So even though at first sight our rates are seem very competitive in fact they are even another 21% lower!
3. What can I expect during the free orientation and home scan?
Finding your dream home is an intensive process. That is why we find it important to get to know each other before we go into the purchasing process together. We discuss your living requirements and current situation. Then we will visit the house of your choice. Afterwards we discuss aspects such as general impression, structural condition and assess the asking price. We also give you advice on how to proceed with the follow-up process. Of course we would like to do that for you but up to this point you owe us nothing and you are free to do what and with whom you want. If the house is disappointing then we are ready to later assess a different home with you. Even then without any obligation
4. What happens if there is no purchase?
If the deal doesn’t come through, you pay us nothing at all. Imagine that during a structural survey so many faults are detected that you decide not to purchase. Then you pay nothing for our commitment. Of course we are ready to look at a different house with you again and without any commitment.
5. Do you use the same rates in Amsterdam and Utrecht?
In today’s over-strained market we often must must view a lot and high bidding is needed to have a chance of success we must unfortunately, to cover the costs, maintain a minimum rate of € 2.445, – incl. VAT. This rate applies to Amsterdam, within the Ring and Utrecht, within the Ring.
6. What if your mortgage application is refused?
We assume that you have checked your financial possibilities in advance. However, it may happen that the funding is refused for whatever reason. Even then we won’t charge you anything at all. It is bad enough for you to have to cancel this purchase

Although we have given an opinion on the technical condition of a property during the visit, in which we also support you in your obligation to investigate the situation, it may be wise to have a detailed structural report. A specialist builder will prevent you from having any surprises after purchasing your home. If you apply through Vastgoedkoper, you can have this done for a price starting as low as € 439,00. You will receive an structural report which is always good to have. Moreover, this is also accepted when applying for Nationale Hypotheek garantie (National Mortgage Guarantee).
