In dit akkoord is meegenomen dat de overdrachtsbelasting definitief naar 2% wordt bijgesteld. Daarmee lijkt een einde te komen aan de onzekerheid die de woningmarkt al maanden in zijn greep hield. Onduidelijk was of per 1 juli de overdrachtsbelasting weer terug naar 6% zou gaan. Het definitief verlagen naar 2% is geweldig nieuws voor\u00a0huizenkopers.
