Ook de prijs blijkt mee te vallen, dus besluit je het te kopen. Maar hoe ga je dat betalen?<\/p>\n<p>Als starter op de woningmarkt is bovenstaande situatie vaak het geval. Je vindt het huis, maar hoe financier je het. Uiteraard kun je naar de bank en daar een hypotheek afsluiten. Maar is dat dan ook de beste en voordeligste oplossing? De bank heeft maar \u00e9\u00e9n product op de plank liggen, namelijk zijn eigen product. Dus moet je alle banken langs om te onderzoeken waar het \u2018t beste kan.<\/p>\n<p>Dan is de gang naar een financieel adviseur gemakkelijker, immers, die heeft de producten van alle banken in de aanbieding en kan op basis van zijn ervaring en kennis inschatten waar je het beste mee geholpen bent en de financieel adviseur is onafhankelijk en vertegenwoordigt jouw belang naar de banken en verzekeraars. Daar komt bij dat het aangaan van een hypotheek een beslissing is die niet lichtvaardig genomen kan worden, want het gaat om v\u00e9\u00e9l geld en de fiscale en juridische problemen zijn groot. Niet voor niets wordt een hypotheek als \u201ccomplex product\u201d aangemerkt door de AFM (Autoriteit Financi\u00eble Markten, de toezichthouder op alle banken en financi\u00eble instellingen).<\/p>\n<p>Een financieel adviseur helpt je langs alle klippen van het \u201ccomplexe product\u201d hypotheek, hij weet van alle problemen die je tegen kunt komen en uiteraard ook de oplossing. Daarbij helpt de financieel adviseur je bij het in kaart brengen van alle risico\u2019s die je als mens loopt; werkloosheid, arbeidsongeschiktheid, echtscheiding, overlijden, het zijn allemaal problemen die je als mens kunt tegenkomen en waarvan je de gevolgen onder ogen moet zien en wellicht oplossen door het te verzekeren.
