Dat komt vooral doordat de onzekerheid over de hypotheekrenteaftrek is verdwenen. Daarnaast is de hypotheekrente erg laag en de huizenprijzen ook. Is dit een kans voor mij als woningkoper? Dit zou dus wel eens het beste moment kunnen zijn om in te stappen.<\/p>\n<p>VEH berekent iedere maand het consumentenvertrouwen en dat is de afgelopen maand gestegen van 51 naar 63. De negatieve spiraal lijkt hiermee doorbroken.
