Dit kan een bestaand huis zijn, maar ook bij nieuwbouw huizen wordt het aangeraden. Bij een bouwkundige keuring wordt heel het huis nagekeken. Er wordt gekeken wat de staat van het huis is van binnen en van buiten. Er wordt gekeken wat in orde is, maar misschien nog belangrijker, er wordt gekeken naar wat er niet in orde is. Zo krijg je een duidelijk overzicht wat er aan je huis moet gebeuren. Door een bouwkundige keuring uit te laten voeren voorkom je dat je achteraf mankementen aan het huis tegenkomt.<\/p>\n<p>De\u00a0bouwkundige bezoekt het huis en beoordeelt de woning. Uiteraard kun je bij de\u00a0Bouwkundige Keuring\u00a0aanwezig zijn. Graag zelfs.\u00a0 Je ontvangt een duidelijk overzicht van de eventuele herstel- en onderhoudskosten en de te verwachten kosten op termijn.
