Dat is nu eenmaal een onomkeerbare ontwikkeling. Banken willen vooral zekerheid en die lijkt steeds minder aanwezig. Maar het kan wel. Al maken banken wel onderscheid tussen zzp\u2019ers en mensen met een tijdelijk contract.<\/p>\n<h3><b>Zzp\u2019ers: draagkracht aantonen<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Zzp\u2019ers hebben natuurlijk geen vast contract. Ze zijn tenslotte hun eigen werkgever en daar zit meteen het probleem voor een geldverstrekker. Maar als ze kunnen bewijzen draagkrachtig genoeg te zijn dat zijn er wel degelijk mogelijkheden. De bank zal een overzicht van het vermogen, de vaste lasten en het inkomen vragen.<\/p>\n<p>Het is daarbij gebruikelijk dat er gekeken wordt naar de cijfers van de onderneming in de laatste drie jaar. Op basis daarvan bepaalt de bank hoe hoog de lening maximaal mag zijn. Zelfs Nationale Hypotheek Garantie (NHG) is mogelijk en de bank zal dat natuurlijk positief vinden omdat hun risico dan (deels) wordt afgedekt. Met een tijdelijk contract gaat het anders<\/p>\n<h3><b>Tijdelijk contract: intentieverklaring van de werkgever<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Ook met een tijdelijk contract is het mogelijk een lening te krijgen. Toch ziet de bank hier ook een risico, namelijk dat het contract niet verlengd wordt en daarmee het inkomen wegvalt. Wat vaak wel wordt geaccepteerd, is een intentieverklaring van de werkgever.<\/p>\n<p>Die geeft hiermee aan dat hij de intentie heeft om het tijdelijk dienstverband in de toekomst om te zetten in een vast contract. Uiteraard geldt ook hier dat de bank op basis van cijfers de maximale hoogte van de lening vaststelt.<\/p>\n<h3><b>Tip: vraag advies aan een financieel adviseur<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Wat hierboven kort is omschreven, is een sterk vereenvoudigde weergave waarin alleen wordt aangegeven dat het ook in deze situaties mogelijk is om een hypotheek te krijgen. Maar neem in ieder geval een goede financieel adviseur in de arm.
